The Tumbler Screener is a large output rotary vibratory tumbler screening machine, and this vibrating tumbler screen used in applications in numerous industries, such as flour, food, maize, pharmaceuticals, chemical, fertilizers, plastic, and others.

Tumbler screen description

Tumbler screen is similar to manual screening. it makes horizontal and elliptical motion under the action of vibrating motor, the elliptical motion sets radial and tangential inclination angles. During movement, the material is evenly distributed on the entire screen mesh surface from the center to the periphery. The radial inclination makes the screening material move from center to outwards & tangential inclination makes the material move in a circular pattern, The interaction of both forces produces a spiral motion of the tumbler screen machine, fine particles pass through the center, and coarse particles fall from the periphery in turn. the material screening process is repeated again and again on each layer screen mesh surface, finally the purpose of screening is achieved.

New-type tumbler screening machines can be equipped with ultrasonic deblinding systems and pneumatic deck lifting systems. the ultrasonic deblinding system used an ultrasound generator produces high-frequency vibrations which are transmitted to the screen mesh by a transducer, accomplish cleans the screen mesh. which can screen finer materials. The pneumatic lifting systems can quickly change the screen mesh and is easy to disassemble. And you can also choose to use explosion-proof motors according to the on-site use.
